Universal Head

The axis of the universal milling heads are being offered with a hirth gear seration (pitch 1°, 2.5° or 5°) or as infinite nc Axis (360000 positions). The spindles are compact and can be equipped with any tool interface (HSK, CAT,...). The bearing package depends on the selected rpm of the spindle. Our milling spindles are being designed to use grease for the spindle bearing lubrication under 3000 rpm, any spindle over 3000 rpm is being equipped with our proven oil-air lubrication which is good for up to 8000 rpm. Optionally the units can be equipped with a semi - or fully automatic head exchange.
